Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents. ____ The warranty provided by Zenith and applies exclusively to the product and does not cover installation or removal. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer only, and all repairs, services, and replacements must be processed through the authorized service center as per the brand’s policy. As our company does not provide on-site service, we support warranty claims by either collecting the already uninstalled product for evaluation or by coordinating with the manufacturer’s authorized service team to inspect the installed unit. This assistance is provided free of charge within Dubai, while customers outside Dubai are responsible for transportation or shipping charges. Product repair or replacement will be carried out only after receiving official approval from the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by inadequate or irregular maintenance of the unit, including the storage tank, magnesium anode, electrical components, and safety valves or devices (not maintained as per the Maintenance Manual). Once the product is sold and delivered, the shop is not directly responsible for warranty claims; however, we will connect the customer with the authorized brand service center. The shop is also not responsible for installation issues, physical damage, or misuse. Customers must retain the original invoice for warranty validation.
