Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please ensure that the email entered by you at the time of checkout is valid and correct to receive notifications regarding your order. Orders without proper contact information are automatically canceled or rejected. There may be some potential delays due to a high volume of orders or delivery partner service problems or due to traffic that are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment Method
The payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Apple Pay at the time of checkout. If you opt for COD the payment can be done by cash in hand or by card.
Local delivery
Deliveries are made from 08:00 - 19:00 on Mon-Sat. We will contact you via call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at New Qamar Al Huda Trading L.L.C., Al Quoz - 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box: 73890. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will contact you via call with the phone number you provided at checkout when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 - 19:00 on Mon-Sat. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@nqcart.ae or at the contact number mentioned on the website [Please note the working time mentioned on the website]. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and processing fees (if applicable) for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@nqcart.ae with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
