Weber Webercol Pro Tile Adhesive

Webercol Pro is a ready mix cement-based tile adhesive modified with redispersible polymer for internal walls and floors as well as external floors. It is a latex Portland cement mortar as per ANSI A118.4. Webercol pro  has a strong bonding effect and achieves C2TE requirements under EN12004 at standard condition. col Pro is non sagging and classified as slip resistance "T" with ability to perform in extended open time conditions "E". Webercol pro  is *S1 deformable according to standard EN 12002 when mixed with Webercol pro 255 MB.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

SURFACE PREPARATION

Substrate must be clean and free from greasy matters or dust. It should have been sufficiently cured in a way that any shrinkage has already occurred. Moisten slightly the substrate if it is dry at the time of application, never moisten the tiles.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Apply webercol pro evenly on the substrate. Use a notched trowel to have a uniform thickness of 2 to 3 mm minimum. This thickness depends on the type and the size of the tile. Apply the tiles on the substrate and press them firmly, while making sure that the paste does not slip from the tile sides. webercol pro can also be applied on the back of tiles to ensure full adhesion on the entire surface. It Is recommended to clean the tools used for "product preparation" with water after finishing

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The product contains cement powders which, when mixed with water, release alkalis that could be harmful to the skin. It is preferable that the application be done in a ventilated area, and to wear protective gear for hands, eyes and respiratory system and to avoid breathing of the dust. Splashes on the  skin should be washed away by cleaning with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, wash thouroughly with clean water. If swallowed, do not induce vomitting, in both cases seek medical attention. The product is non-flammable.
