This submersible water pump is covered by a 1-year service warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by authorized service team (VESPA), and the warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, tampering, burning, improper installation, electrical faults, or damage caused by external factors. The pump must be used strictly for clean, clear water only and should not be used for dirty water, sand, mud, oil, chemicals, or corrosive liquids. It must remain fully submerged during operation, and dry running is strictly prohibited as it will void the warranty. To claim warranty service, the original purchase invoice must be presented and the pump must be brought to our store, as on-site service is not available. If pickup service is requested, the pump must be completely uninstalled prior to collection, and pickup charges will apply and must be paid in advance.
