This centrifugal water pump is covered by a 1-year service warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the authorized service team (VESPA), and the warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, tampering, burning, improper installation, electrical faults, water entering the external motor body, or damage caused by external factors. The pump must be used strictly for clean, clear water only and should not be used for dirty water, sand, mud, oil, chemicals, or any corrosive liquids. The pump must be properly primed before operation and should never be run dry, as dry running will void the warranty. To claim warranty service, the original purchase invoice must be presented and the pump must be brought to the store, as on-site service is not available. If pickup service is requested, the pump must be fully disconnected and ready prior to collection, and pickup charges will apply and must be paid in advance.
