The Techno Pumps 1.5HP Stainless Steel Centrifugal Water Pump TECH-SSCP150 is a high-performance pump engineered for transferring clean, non-abrasive liquids compatible with Stainless Steel 316. Designed for reliability, corrosion resistance, and efficient operation, this pump is ideal for water supply systems, pressure boosting, RO plants, pure water treatment systems, washing applications, sprinkler systems, and chemical processing industries.
Powered by a 1.5HP (1.1kW) single-phase motor, the TECH-SSCP150 delivers a maximum flow rate of 8 m³/h and a maximum head of 24 meters, making it suitable for demanding water transfer and pressure applications. Its compact design, low-noise operation, and robust construction ensure dependable performance while minimizing maintenance requirements.
Manufactured using premium SS316 stainless steel components, including the pump body, impeller, and pump cover, the TECH-SSCP150 offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. The friction-welded SS316 shaft, high-load bearings, and SIC/VITON/SS316 mechanical seal provide long-lasting durability and leak-free operation in challenging environments.
The pump is equipped with a TEFC continuous-duty motor, Class F insulation, IP55 protection, anti-heat ball bearings, and 100% copper windings for enhanced efficiency and motor life. A built-in thermal overload protector further safeguards the motor against overheating, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
