All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by authorized service team (Spaino), and the warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, tampering, burning, improper installation, electrical faults, or damage caused by external factors.It must remain fully submerged during operation, and dry running is strictly prohibited as it will void the warranty. To claim warranty service, the original purchase invoice must be presented and the pump must be brought to our store, as on-site service is not available. If pickup service is requested, the pump must be completely uninstalled prior to collection, and pickup charges will apply and must be paid in advance.

Crafted with premium materials, the stainless-steel pump body and shaft ensure superior durability and resistance to corrosion. The cast iron suction and discharge housing provides strength and stability under demanding conditions, while the alloy impeller delivers efficient cutting and pumping performance. A double mechanical seal (aluminium-graphite) and NBR/EPDM O-rings guarantee reliable sealing and long-lasting operation.

Equipped with a float switch and 7-meter cable (without plug), the DRAINO200 offers convenient installation and automatic control. The asynchronous 2-pole motor is IP68 protected and features Class F insulation, a built-in AI overload protection chip, and continuous operation capability, ensuring safe and dependable performance.
