Description
Schneider Electric LRD3365 TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relay is a protective device used in electrical circuits to prevent the overloading of motors and other equipment. The relay works by monitoring the current flowing through a motor and, if it exceeds a set threshold for a specified period of time, it will trip and disconnect power to the motor, preventing damage.
80-104A is the range of current values that the thermal overload relay is designed to monitor and protect. In this case, it's designed for motors with a current draw between 80 and 104 amperes. Class 10A is the tripping time delay curve that the relay follows. The relay will trip if the current exceeds the specified threshold for a sustained period. For Class 10A, it will trip within 10 seconds at 600% of the full load current.
