Schneider Electric LRD10 TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relays are designed to protect motors from overloads and phase failures. The 4-6 A is designed to handle motor currents within the range of 4 to 6 amperes. Class 10A refers to the tripping class, which means Class 10A relay will trip or activate in response to a sustained current that is 10 times the nominal current rating of the relay, which in this case is 4-6 A. This means the relay will trip when the current reaches between 40 and 60 A.
Schneider Electric LRD10 TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relays are a crucial component in motor protection schemes, ensuring that the motor is not subjected to excessive currents that could lead to damage or overheating.
