Schneider Electric CA2KN22U7 TeSys K Control Relay is an electrically operated switch that is commonly used in control panels and automation systems to control electrical circuits. This relay has 2 Normally Open (NO) and 2 Normally Closed (NC) contacts. This means that in its default state, the NO contacts are not connected, but when the relay is energized, they close.
Conversely, the NC contacts are normally connected, but open when the relay is energized. It is designed to work with voltages up to 690V. This means it can handle circuits with a maximum voltage of 690V. The coil, which is the part of the relay that actually does the switching, operates on 230-240V AC. This is the voltage applied to the coil to activate the relay.
