Schneider Electric CAD32B7 TeSys D Control Relay is an electrically operated switch. It consists of a set of input terminals for single or multiple control signals and a set of operating contact terminals. The relay has three normally open (NO) contacts and two normally open (NC) contacts. This refers to the state of the contacts when the relay is not energized. When the relay is activated, the opposite condition occurs.
Normally open (NO) contacts are open (non-conductive) when the relay is not activated. They close (become conductive) when the relay is energized. Normally closed (NC) contacts are closed (conductive) when the relay is not activated. They open (become non-conductive) when the relay is energized. <= 690 V is the maximum voltage the relay can handle. Standard 24 VAC coil is the voltage and type of coil used to power the relay.
Therefore, the Schneider Electric CAD32B7 TeSys D control relay can handle up to 690 volts and is powered by a 24 VAC coil. It has three normally open contacts and two normally closed contacts.
