Description
Schneider Electric LC1D50ABD TeSys D Contactor is similar to a relay but is designed for higher current loads. It has three sets of contacts. Each set can independently control a separate circuit. AC-3 contactors are designed for use in motor circuits. They are designed for the high input current that occurs when starting an electric motor.
<= 440 V is the maximum voltage for which the contactor is designed. 50 A is the maximum current the contactor can handle. Standard 24VDC coil is coil voltage, which means the contactor operates from a 24-volt DC supply. When this voltage is applied, it energizes the coil, which in turn closes the contacts and allows current to flow through the main circuit.
Schneider Electric LC1D50ABD TeSys D Contactor is suitable for controlling a three-phase motor with a nominal voltage of up to 440 volts and a maximum current of 50 amps. A 24-volt DC power supply is used to operate the coil.
