This Ethernet Remote Input Output (RIO) drop adapter has 3 ports with an Ethernet backplane. The built-in ports are EtherNet/IP for the device network and EtherNet/IP for the service port. It is robust, high quality, and based on the latest innovative technology.

    Input data is collected and published to the remote I/O head adapter and the output modules are updated with the data received from the remote I/O head adapter. It has an IP20 certification. It is suitable for medium and large process applications. Schneider Electric BMECRA31210 Modicon X80 EIO Drop Adapter With Ethernet Backplane is CE, Merchant Marine, GOST, and C-Tick certified.
