Schneider Electric BMXXBE1000H Ruggedized Backplane Expander For Multiracks Configuration is part of the Modicon M340 series, a range of programmable automation controllers (PACs). This rugged backplate expander is an expansion accessory for the Modicon M580 and M340 programmable automation controllers (PACs). This is an Ethernet rack backplane with a current of 160 mA at 24 V DC and 22 mA at 3.3 V DC. It can be used in harsher environments and can operate in an extended temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
For electrical connection, it is equipped with 2 9-pin SUB-D female connectors. It has an IP20 certification. It is suitable for harsh environments, medium to large process applications, and is suitable for multi-rack configurations. Complies with EN 61131-2, EN 61000-6-4, EN 61000-6-2, and EN 61010-2-201 standards. This backplane expander is compatible with Modicon M340 BMXXBP1200, BMXXBP0800, BMXXBP0600, and BMXXBP0400 backplanes.
Modicon X80 consists of a compatible modules common platform that reduces maintenance and training costs with the same spare parts in stock, and unique training for different Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC).
