Mas Paints NC Primer White #020

A pigmented nitrocellulose blended with modified alkyd resins and selected fillers. It is formulated to give a high covering property, good sanding ability and excellent
elasticity.

Major Uses:

NC PRIMER WHITE #020 can be used for all type of wooden furniture, chairs, turned pieces, clothes – hooks, picture moulding and related products.

Method of Application:

By spraying ( 3- 4 atm ) / brushing

• For all woods; 1 – 2 coats thinned at 40% NC Thinner.
• For woods with deep grains; 2 – 3 coats thinned at 100% NC Thinner.
• Sand the surface well with manual sanding or automatic sanding machine.
• Ensure that the surface is clean and well prepared prior to final coating.

Storage:

Keep material in a cool place below 250C. Keep the container tightly closed.

Cleaning of Tools:

All tools should be cleaned with Wash Thinner or NC Thinner as soon as possible. 

Physiological Hazards:

NC PRIMER WHITE #020 does not contain dangerous solvents, nevertheless, good ventilation in working rooms is recommended as well as the use of safety tools and equipment. NC PRIMER WHITE #020 is flammable and harmful if swallowed. If contact with eyes or skin occurs, wash well with fresh water and seek immediate medical advise
