Mas Paints NC Matt Clear #032

NC MATT CLEAR #032 is a lacquer based on nitrocellulose and modified alkyd resins and additives. It is developed to give a great hardness, high elasticity and resistance, excellent covering and perfect transparency.

Major Uses:

Furniture in general, chairs, turned pieces, picture moldings, cabinets, doors etc.

Method of Application:

By spraying ( 3- 4 atm ) / brushing

• Suitable for wood undercoated with nitro, polyurethane, polyester primer.
• For all prepared woods; 1 – 2 coats of N.C. Matt Clear #032 thinned down with 60 – 100% N.C. Thinner.
• Let it dry for sand with fine sand paper by manual sanding or automatic sanding machine.
• Repeat the top coating process, vertically and horizontally for a good satin finish

Storage:

Keep material in a cool place below 250C. Keep the container tightly closed. Shelf life of 12 months minimum.

Cleaning of Tools:

All tools should be cleaned with Wash Thinner or NC Lacquer Thinner as soon as possible. Packing: Available in Usg, 5USG (Pail) and 200 ltr (Drum)

Physiological Hazards:

NC MATT CLEAR #032 does not contain dangerous solvents, nevertheless, good ventilation in working rooms is recommended as well as the use of safety tools and equipment. NC MATT CLEAR #032 is flammable and harmful if swallowed. If contact with eyes or skin occurs, wash well with fresh water and seek immediate medical advise.
