The warranty is provided by Ariston and applies exclusively to the product and does not cover installation or removal. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer only, and all repairs, services, and replacements must be processed through the authorized service center as per the brand’s policy. This assistance is provided free of charge within Dubai, while customers outside Dubai are responsible for transportation or shipping charges. As our company does not provide on-site service, customer can coordinates with the manufacturer’s authorized service team to inspect the installed unit. Product repair or replacement will be carried out only after receiving official approval from the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by inadequate or irregular maintenance of the unit, including the storage tank, magnesium anode, electrical components, and safety valves or devices. Once the product is sold and delivered, the shop is not directly responsible for warranty claims; however, we will connect the customer with the authorized brand service center. The shop is also not responsible for installation issues, physical damage, or misuse. Customers must retain the original invoice for warranty validation.
